Quenching an Athlete’s Thirst

There are many liquids which can quench a person’s thirst. However, if the person in question happens to be an athlete, then he would need to drink more than tea or juices. So whenever you feel thirsty after playing some sports, grab a sports drink or some water and you will surely quench that thirst.
