By definition, organic farming is growing crops without the use of chemicals as fertilisers and pesticides. With increasing number of people venturing into a healthy lifestyle, a lucrative market for organic farmers is available. Organic crops are beneficial to the consumers’ health and wellness since people will only be eating natural foods without any trace of chemicals harmful to human body even on long term basis. Eating organic foods will also reduce risk of cancer, heart attacks and strokes more than foods grown in traditional farms. Since organic foods are made with all-natural ingredients and processes, people gain more nutrients in them than in ordinarily grown foods. These organic foods also taste much better, too! With organic foods, people enjoy eating without guilt of the long-term detrimental effects of chemicals used in ordinary food items.
